By using stillyboys.com or purchasing from Stilly Boys, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
Products & Orders
Product colors and details are displayed as accurately as screens allow; slight variation from what you see is possible. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct pricing or listing errors, including after an order is placed (with a full refund if we cancel). Placing an order is an offer to buy; our shipment confirmation is acceptance.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are in USD and can change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by third-party providers; we never store full card numbers (see our PCI Compliance Statement).
Shipping, Returns & Risk of Loss
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds pages, which are part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package.
Intellectual Property
Everything on this site — the Stilly Boys name, logos, marks, product designs, graphics, photos, video, and copy — belongs to Stilly Boys LLC or its licensors. No use, reproduction, or derivative work without written permission. Buying a product doesn't license the artwork on it.
User Conduct
Don't misuse the site: no unlawful use, no scraping, no interfering with the site's operation, no misrepresenting your identity in orders or communications.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Stilly Boys' total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits rights that can't be limited under applicable law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts serving Payne County, Oklahoma.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page with its effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
